Andy has loved Astronomy for over 41 years.
One of my sons is doing Astronomy with Physics at Uni.
This is what happens when they both get together.
Add a comet and Andromeda into the mix and they are out all hours of the night.
You certainly have had the best of the weather.. looking at the Tobermory post as well. Beautiful! Saw the pictures of the fires outside Fort William though, and that looked a bit scary.
Our night sky rarely has that many stars visible due to the amount of lights everywhere. It reminds me of my camp counselor days. I would lie in my outdoor bed at night marveling at the universe.
What a lovely clear night.
ReplyDeleteIt was amazing very dark skies here in the highlands.
