Finally .....sat in front of the log burner sipping a glass of wine.
Writing all our Christmas cards.
We went and chose our tree and cut it down yesterday.
Its my birthday tomorrow and then the countdown to Christmas.
Have a lovely birthday tomorrow. My eldest son also has a Christmas birthday, we used to make sure that his day was special so that it didn't get mixed up with the Christmas celebrations. Love your photos, they have a warm magical quality to them.
If I have the time difference correct, it must be 2013 there. I also imagine it is COLD! My sister is working 2 weeks out of each month in London and my son thought he would join her while he is on school break. She told him to wait until his spring break because it is cold and gets dark quite early now.
Thankyou and have a wonderful new year too. It is very cold here up in the Highlands, colder than London, it gets dark up here at about 4pm, long nights in front of the fire :-)
